I've used my PCT 2 for three years and loved it. I have never had a single problem with it. The second night I spent in it was in an all-night thunderstorm just below the Continental Divide. I woke up the next morning absolutely dry. I rarely have condensation problems with it. On each side of the tent, there are little mesh pockets at head level. These are great for holding watches, flashlights, and anything else. The doors on each side have loops and cords to allow you to roll up your door and keep it open. I also bought the footprint ($35) which has been great. It bears the brunt of any condensation under the tent, so everything remains dry. The way the tent stakes out elevates the bottom of the tent, and really stretches the middle. If you set it up in the sun, don't put the fly on until you have to, because the tent gets hot fast. The PCT 2 is amazing!

Dry, light, easy
PCT2 works very well in rain conditions.
Have used it in the Casacades and all that crappy rain. On one trip, 3 (forjan, alex, and me) squeezed into this puppy and none of got wet for dispite the continuous pounding rain and wind. Got to know each other good and quick. hehehe. Another climber in there Alex commented on the tent and dryness.
Been pleased with it and i use it on all my camping (except winter). Use the ev2 for that.
Me and my girlfriend really like the two side doors. Makes getting in and out super easy and does not interfere with the other tentmate.
Guess i got lucky on this purchase. Would recommend it. Pretty light, like 4 pounds.

Untitled ReviewThe size is rated at 2 people. Its better used as a 1 man tent. Because of the taper the leg room would be tight for two. The vestibules are too small for a large pack, but work great for storing things. 3 loops in the top and the side pockets make it easy to organize all that stuff you brought but don't really need. I would highly recommend this tent. I bought mine for $120.00 at REI on sale (last years model to which no changes except color were made).
