Not bad
I used the Pagosa 4 tent for a week in the Beartooth Wilderness during a group outing. Overall it is a pretty decent tent for the weight and price.

The good:

1) Spacious for the weight.

2) The tent withstood 40-50 MPH wind gusts quite well despite not being guyed out properly. (The tent was too big for the rock walls in which we crammed it and thus we could not extend the vestibule doors completely on either side.)

The bad:

1) The head to foot space is tight. I'm only 5'11 and my head and feet were both touching the walls of the tent.

2) The tent poles clip into the tent corners via a cheap plastic clip mechanism and they pop out too easily. Tightening up the rain fly puts pressure on the end of the plastic clips which helps to keep the pole tips from popping out. It was not a disaster but it is still a pretty hoaky set up.

3) The tent is difficult to set up, especially for one person.
