Really like these snow shoes. The Bear Hug binding is the bomb. Very comforable and the easiest to get into and out of I have used. It is comforatble for softer hiking boots as well as my heavier ice climbing / alpine boots. I also really like the "full rotation binding pivot". When walking the back of the shoe never leaves the ground. This allows the show to drop the power that falls in on the shoe in deep powder conditions but also allows some of the shoe to always be on the gound so you dont have to lift all the weight for ever stride. One bothersome side effect is that if you have to stop over obsticals like logs over the trail the back tail crampon can hook on the object you are stepping over. Most people head off into the forest to do snow shoing so this is not often a problem though. The pivot also makes it easier to climb steep terrain and I would recommend this product.

A great snowshoe, the bindings rock and are the easiest to get in and of. I used the 25' model and had a little problem with my boot hitting the canvas at the toe. the only problem is the bindings are a little too small for a big boot. Great for packed trails not as much in backcountry.
