Product Description

This is a medium sized pack, designed for a 2-3 day backpacking trip at most. The single compartment can be accessed from the top or the bottom, with a lid that has storage both above and below. It also includes a fold-over zipper that helps to keep rain out. Stowed away under the facing is a rain cover, which I have yet to use, even in wet weather - as my things still stayed dry. The compression straps create a load that sits very well with little to no shifting, and is very comfortable at 45-50 lbs, on long hikes. The pockets and compartments are designed well with the exception of the external netting pockets, which are quite difficult to negotiate with a full load, and cannot be accessed with the pack on.

Overall, I have been very pleased with the comfort and durability of this pack - I have used it on long hikes/climbs, in all kinds of weather, and have never experienced any discomfort or issues with functionality.
