The Scarpa Zen was designed for trail comfort and technical performance when needed. Mens sizing from 3.5 - 15 U.S. and womens U.S. 3-11.5.Mens color smoke/fog with womens color chalk green. The upper shoe is suede with the outer sole being Vibram Spyder. P-fex plate and dual density EVA midsole.

My Experience
Over all this is a nice approach shoe. However on longer approaches, over 2.5-3 miles, my feet get sore. Plenty of support in the shoe but not much cushion. Have had them for over a year and they are very durable. The thickness of the sole tapers down in the toe area in an attempt to give more feel for whatever surface you are traveling on. There is also a defined edge around the front of the shoe however they do not edge well.I would recommend this shoe for short approaches and scrambling.
