I've been looking for a watch that displays pressure, altitude, time, temperature, wind speed, and wind chill for quite a while now. None of the watches I could find did all of this, until I found this beauty.

It is small, lightweight, accurate, easy to use, and durable. I've found the altimeter to be very accurate. It is a nice thing to have for navigation as well. I like comparing my ascent rates for different mountains and at different altitudes. I also like tracking the temperature, wind speed, and wind chill as I go up the mountain. It is a very handy thing to have draped from your neck.

Another good thing is the price, much less than most of the watches.

I love this mini weather station right in your finger tips. It calculates windchill, windspeed, barometric pressure, temp, max. temp, max windspeed, time, alarms, As another poster stated I like to keep track of temperature and windspeed/chill as I ascend a mountain. This is a great toy, lightwieght, small, it floats.

Bad stuff: all this technology in such a small tool and no backlight?? Still, 5 stars.

I like the size, weight and most of the features. I have found the altimeter to be fairly accurate, however, the temperature feature seems to be greatly effected by how you carry it. I typically attach it to my shoulder straps for a can have access to it at all times. Perhaps the heat generated around my body effects the reading. I also wish you could shut it off. It is a continually on system. They claim the battery life is like 2 years, but murphys law says that when you really need it, the battery will run out!

One of the features that I do like is the way the wind vane rotates to protect itself. This will really save that little fan in there from the abuse I am sure I will give this little toy.

I wish it had a little digital compass. That would make this a lot more useful. For me, its a toy (an expensive one at that), and I like to have the latest toys. Fun to play with and consult while climbing, but not accurate enough to make me rely on it when it really counts.

I recently purchased one of these on clearance at REI for 70 bucks. Like vertx, I found the altimeter to be accurate, but the thermometer tends to vary wildly depending on how you carry it.(see photo above, it was NOT 62 degrees on that summit!) The always on feature seems kind of silly, but if it does last 2 years it wont be a big problem. Overall its a fun gadget, but I would never think of paying anywhere near full price for it.

I have used this to just chill my curiosity, but for the hardcore this is great tool as well. When dependability is concerned this is by far gonna out last all our other gadgets as well the battery life.
