Untitled ReviewMy ropes stay cleaner but any tarp would do that so what makes this one better than most is the fact you can wear it as a fairly comfortable back pack. Also when you lay your rope out you don't, shouldn't spend time making it look neat. Looping a rope puts twists and kinks in it over time so just letting the rope fall on the tarp any old random way is best. Just roll the rope into the bag and throw it over your back and away you go. Getting set up is easier. Just roll the rope out and tie in. No need to flag the rope because it is ready to go.
When I am using a small appoach pack I just make the straps as big as they will go and throw it over my approach pack.
Anyone with a rope should have a tarp of some sort to put down, keeps your rope clean and it lasts longer. This bag and tarp combo is a great buy.
