PowerBar Gel = Leg Cramps?My assumption here is that the massive amounts of Sodium (200mg compared to 20mg of Potassium) in this product is causing a major imbalance between the levels of Sodium and Potassium in my leg muscles, thus causing the cramps.
As far as the burst of energy goes, this certainly works as a quick pickup, but not enough of benefit if it means I'll have another wicked cramp.
