Great pants
The pants are lightweight, warm and comfortable. They're made of the high quality that you would expect from MH. The synthetic fill means you stay warm if they get wet. I wore them on Mt Shasta and Denali in 2008 and was very happy with them.

Warm and light
Great pants. Very warm and lightweight; however, these do seem like they would tear easily, especially if you're wearing crampons. Gators are a must if wearing crampons! Fortunately I haven't torn mine yet.
