Approach


We started from the Konkordiaplatz (ca. 2650m). With the skis we followed the flat glacier towards the Hollandia hut. The Hasler Rippe is a vertical stoney rib crossing the north face of the Aletschhorn.

Route Description


The Hasler Ripper is a very clear line through the north face of the Aletschhorn.
Its steep at the beginning and at the end (about 50°). Easy rock climb (no bolds!) you can find at the beginning and in the middle of the route (II+).

Height: ca. 700m
Duration: 2,5h (very fast!) - 4h (normal sportive climbers)
