Approach / Aproximacion

For the PINETA valley ( 1300 m ) .To ascent for the one on the way to the balcony of PINETA and to stray to the left for strongs slopes until the base of the edge,visible in all moment. Diference until the base ( 1400 m ) ,to calculate some 3 or 4h, bivouacs exist in the base and when cloncluding the rocky edge

Por el valle de Pineta ( 1300 m ) .Ascender por el camino al balcon de Pineta y desviarse a la izquierda por fuertes pendientes hasta la base del espolón , visible en todo momento. Desnivel hasta la base (1400 m) , calcular unas 3 o 4 h , existen vivacs en la base y al finalizar el espolon rocoso

Route Description / Descripcion de la ruta

The third edge that we find mark the beguining of the road, to beguin to the left of a badge quarter note with a dihedral one that leads to a roof V+.Before a pitch one abandons the dihedral one for the left , depositing us in some easy badges that we solve in two pitches III+/IV. We find a wall that is climbed lightly by the left V ( dificult to protect ) , two pitches more IV+/V they deposit us in the rapple of 15m.
in a sort pitch we locate ourselves under the ebedded rock . We climb IV+,and we leave to the left to a badge of very air V+. Later we catch the edge of the edge IV+. Two pitches of III+ ,the spectacular second , for a very air passage they deposit us in a chanel-chimeney IV+ with which the escalade finishes.
Starting from here we will ascend to the back of ESPARRETS ( 3077 m) and by means of some short step of III+ / IV for the edge until the summit of LOST MOUNT ( 3355 m )

El Tercer espolón que encontramos marca el inicio de la vía, comenzar a la izquierda de una placa negra por un diedro que conduce a un techo V+, Después un largo abandona el diedro por la izquierda , depositandonos en unas placas faciles que resolvemos en dos largos III+/ IV. Encontramos un muro que se escala ligeramente por la izquierda V ( dificil de proteger ) , dos largos más IV+ / V nos depositan en el rapple de 15 m.
En un corto largo nos situamos debajo del bloque empotrado , lo escalamos IV+ y salimos a la izquierda por una placa de V+ muy aérea, después cogemos el filo de la arista IV+ . Dos largos de III+ , el segundo espectacular, por un pasaje muy aéreo nos depositan en una canal-chimenea IV+ con la que se acaba la escalada. A partir de aqui ascenderemos a la espalda del Esparrets ( 3077 m ) y mediante algun corto paso de III+/ IV por la arista hasta la cumbre de Monte Perdido (3355 m)

Necessary crampons and piolet for the decent and superior part of the route , 400 m of rocky edge until the back of Esparrets ( 3077m) + 400m of mixted land , depending on the time, until the summit of Lost Mount (3355m) .Of 6-9h + 5-6h of descent until the valley.....very long, necessary bivouac
One of the best routes in mountain of Pirineo, long ,varied and of intuition . The rock is something bad in some parts , and for this reason , the escape is wrong in the event of bad weather , very dangerous for fallen of stones. This very little one equipped , to take stopers and friends , double rope and some peg can come well in the event of retiring. Approach and very long descent.

Necesarios crampones y piolet para el descenso y parte superior de la via, 400m de espolon rocoso hasta le espalda del Esparrets ( 3077 m ) + 400 m de terreno mixto , según la época , hasta la cumbre del Monte Perdido (3355 m ). De 6-9h de escalada + 5-6h de descenso hasta el valle...muy largo , vivac necesario
Una de las mejores rutas de montaña del Pirineo , larga , variada y de intuicion . La roca es algo mala y por este motivo , el escape es malo en caso de mal tiempo. Está poco equipada, llevar fisureros y friends , doble cuerda y algún clavo puede venir bien en caso de retirada. Aproximacion y descenso muy largos.
