Approach

The starting point is a parking placeon the end of the road in the valley Zajzera, 5km from the village Valbruna (Ovcja vas).

Route Description

From the parking place we follow the signposts for the route number 616 and we follow that route all time to the bivouac Biv. D. Mazzeni (1630m) where we turn left in the east way. Now we will cross the whole NW face of Vis and after this magnificent crossing we come on the notch Nabojsova skrbina. Then we descend a bit and then over the south slopes and east ridge to the top of Veliki Nabojs.

Firts we climb in the steep pillar and later we walk on the big shlef in the north direction where we must climb a bit. When we come near the east ridge the route turns to the west and over the east ridge we reach the top of Veliki Nabojs. On some place the route is secured with iron ropes.

a

The best possibility is that we descend over the east approach. See the description.
