Thanks. Lots more spires in that area too. We went and scouted another out but it turned out to be just a scramble.

I already had added it to your page. (Also mentioned your page in the body for some free advertising!) ;- )

We scouted out Whitman Rock (in the same general area as Tumble and Elephant Rocks above Detroit) but it was just a fun scramble and a nice way to end the day. We're still looking at Needle Rock but that one seems more up your alley as it's an aid route. Ah, the towers! Glad I was able to get one in before the weather hits.

actually that would be very cool to do together. don't think we got a free weekend before snows arrive but maybe in spring? once the shorter approach is driveable?
