A collection of photos and a video i took on a solo ascent of the Northwest Couloir of the South Teton. I started hiking from the Lupine Meadows parking lot at 1 AM, and was on the summit by 9 AM. There was a lot of snow in the Tetons that day, and i was very glad i brought an ice axe and crampons along. At the top of the South Teton, the clouds put on a spectacular display, streaming off of the Grand Teton and Teewinot like wisps of smoke. I did not see another person that day until i was back down in Garnet Canyon. It was a pretty surreal day!
