Black metal frame, Altitude Arc X8 lense, removable side shields, moldable temples.

High-quality glacier glasses give complete protection for skiing, mountaineering and other snow sports.

Blue polycarbonate lenses block 100% of ultraviolet rays and 93% of visible light to reduce glare and create a clear image.

Vented leather side shields block peripheral light and can be removed as needed.

Micropore nosebridge has vents to keep lenses fog-free.

Copper/nickel frames are lightweight and durable; temples can be molded for a snug, comfortable fit.

Protective case included.

I have had problems with wearing sunglasses and excercising for years. They always left the bridge of my nose raw, fell off even with the cord, or were just plain uncomfortable for long periods of time. The Julbo Micropore has solved all of that.

The nose material is soft and supple, not a hard piece of plastic. The ear section is fully moldable, and really holds the glasses on your head while climbing. It has full UV coverage accross all three spectrums. The visible light reduction is one of the highest I've seen. I can see very well, even with a direct glare off the snow.

Another good thing about the glasses is they are very stylish with the blue lenses. Love these things. I wish they were a little cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

One of two pair that I own. These glasses are nice and compact while still giving you full protection from reflected light.

The removeable sideshields are great for converting them into regular sunglasses when needed.

I also have not experienced any fogging during cold weather.
