6 x 30mm Military Reticle w/Compass

Steiner military/marine binoculars, rubberized with a military reticle and integrated compass so when you are looking through the glasses you can determine an accurate azimuth to the target. The reticle assistes with determining distance to a target. These are somewhat heavy for most folks but they are awesome for hiking/backpacking binocular needs. These are almost impossible to find at regualr Steiner dealers and I had to go to Steiner direct to special order these. No regrets...well worth the price if you need serious quliaty mountaineering binoculars. In a base camp situation I prefer the heavier 7 x 50mm Military Reticle w/Compass but they are so heavy that they are not well suited for the civilian climbing community.
