Product Description

As a tall backpacker, finding gear that fits is a constant struggle. When I do fins something that works for me, I hang on to it and expect it to last forever. The Gregory Baltoro pack definitely fits both of the above requirements.

I am 6'6" and this pack is plenty tall. I never feel that it tries to pull me down as many other packs do, and the waist belt sits at the perfect point for me. Because of my body type, I like a pack with a lot of lumbar support. My previous Arc'teryx pack had none, and thus did not work. My Gregory pack has a heavily contoured back panel that fits me perfectly. it's definitely not for everyone, but if it works for you you'll love it.

I would recommend this to a friend/fellow giant.

Features

This pack has all the features a good pack should. The only notable ones are two large wing pockets, two small waist belt pockets, and the water bottle holder on the right side is angled forward for easy access. Keep in mind that bottles larger and taller than the standard 1 liter Nalgene won't fit well on this side, but they will on the other.

It also has front access to the main compartment. i rarely use it, but it's still nice to have.
