Sweepingnorthward view.One of your best continental views. Liked the trout steam and the red beeches too.

View from Vaganski Vrh (1757m), highest peak of Velebit, down the continental side of South Velebit with continental terrace below which occurs below the highest peaks of mountain. On of them, Babin Vrh (1738m), is partially seen on far left. Rounded basin, on the continental terrace, is Vagan (1150m) while behind it is forested Lisac (1484m). Further behind is part of Lika region with Licko Polje, largest karst field in Croatia. Left, in the distance, is North Velebit.
