Llanos del Hospital is a nordic skiing area situated in Central Pyrenees. Between the France-Spain border and the Maladeta massif, this area is surrounded by some of the highest summits of the Pyrenees range, some of them upper than 3.000 meters. The landscapes are amazing.
Acces: from Benasque a route will take you to the Hospital de Benasque hotel. In winter, sometimes the route is closed because of the snow.
Nordic skiing area: it starts at the Hospital de Benasque, 1750 m high. The highest point is 1940 m high. There are three tracks, in total almost 30 kms long: Pllan del Hospital (Green 2 / 5 / 7 km long), Pllan de l'Estan (Blue 18 km long) y Pllan de la Besurta (Red 5 km long).
Accommodation: the Hospital de Benasque is a very comfortable hotel. In Benasque there are a lot of different accommodations.
