Bad Rope!
Going up a Class 4 workaround of one of the waterfalls in Oak Creek Canyon, I somehow did not notice this fixed line inches from me, but going down, I did.
Someone should cut and remove this rope. Why didn't I? I didn't have a knife with me that day even though I usually do.
