Frankly, I think you could remove the whole "LOGISTICAL CENTER" crap from the name. Great idea to add info on the valley climbs and actually add some routes & rocks to this page.
We're doing OK. Busy, but surviving. We're planning to do a marathon (Napa Valley) in early march. Running is one of those things that you can easily fit into a crappy schedule; an hour here, an hour there. I'm coming off of an irritating injury to my achilles tendon area. It wasn't too serious, but definitely good to nip it in the bud before you end up with a torn achilles tendon, rather than try to be overly stoic.
