Where has Gacland Greg been...

Where has Gacland Greg been on summitpost lately. Haven't seen or heard from him in a while. Could THIS be evidence of his existence at the summit of Neahkahnie Mountain? Inquiring minds want to know.....

Re: Brian

Ha ha. I actually wondered if I would run into you again on the trail. Or as I drove through Manzanita. Such a great place to live out there. Only thing missing is a view of a big volcano from the beach.

(you ever hike up Mt. Hebo? I did that one earlier on the same day. Not too bad except for the load of radar antennae at the top.)

Re: Brian

Nope, haven't done Hebo yet.

I want to do Onion Peak, but I think it is mostly logging roads, alos pretty long, +/- 8 mi. one way.

Nice pics, by the way, thanks for sharing them on the N-K-N page.

Chances on running into me on the trail these days are pretty good, been doing it almost everyday this spring.

Re: Brian

Next time you do the west trail, take some gardening shears and clear the trail. It was getting pretty overgrown. :- )

There is a nice ridge of peaks north of N-K-N, a few with rocky pinnacles. Not sure if one is Onion Peak, Rock Butte, etc. Looked interesting.
