It was nice seeing a few photos of this peak. It was named after my great-grandfather, Col Rush Spencer Wells, US Army. I stumbled on to this site doing some research on Rush. The photos looked awesome, I am sure being there is even better. I am not a climber myself.
Chris, thanks for your comments. My photos don't do the mountain justice. That's a beautiful area and a cool peak. You should visit it sometime. I'll bet some of the local SPers would be delighted to guide you there if you wanted, given your relationship with Col Wells.
