This is the descent gully...
This is the descent gully from the staging area atop the NE Buttress. It looks like the gully leads down the wrong side of the mountain (and it does). However, about 100 vertical feet down it comes to a notch where the rap station and the rappel gully leading east is located. Feb. 22, 2004.
