At far left is Mt. Bigelow...

At far left is Mt. Bigelow and at right is Raven Ridge (aka Libby Mountain, aka Corax Peak), whose highest point is at the east end of the long crest. Photo taken on December 7, 2002 from the summit of Bryan Butte 5 miles to the south. This ought to be a hiemal scene at this time of year, but a dry autumn (Indian summer?) kept it rufescent into January.

Do you actually...

....use these big words in your normal speech, Captain Thesaurus? By the way, I think, even though it is obviously spelled incorrectly, Bryan Butte needs to be put up on SP. ;- )

Re: Do you actually...

That's Commodore Thesaurus to you. I've been promoted since posting this picture. Or am I only breveted at this rank?

A page for Bryan's Butte might be worthy. A page for Brian's Butt would not.
