Temple Ridge as viewed from the divide that separated Coney Lake (on the way to climb Cannon Mtn) from Shields Lake (just visible on lower right) basin. Boxtop is the feature on the far right of the ridge and Prussik Peak (out of the picture) would conclude Temple Ridge. Slide scanned to digital August 1986

Coney/Shield/Edward Mesa

I'm there. Having done a trip-in-day of the Enchantments last summer and eyeing Prussik Pass, I've gotta make it in there this early hiking year(?). Thanks for the inspiration.

There so many areas to explore in this area that you'll enjoy the area many times. If I lived in Leavenworth, I'd be up there every chance I could get. Great area.
