Southern view from Stol...

Southern view from Stol (2236m). Shining in the afternoon sun, some 1700 meters bellow, is Bled lake. There is some mist in the lower layers. Behind are Julian Alps, Spodnje Bohinjske Gore (Lower Bohinj Mountains) group, which stretches from W to E, south of Bohinj Lake. Far behind, on the left, is Slovenski Sneznik (1796m, 83 kilometers away) at the beginning of Dinaric Alps system. November 8th 1998.
