View from Steep Mtn

As I-15 makes its way toward SLC, it first has to round what is called locally as "Point of the Mountain". From where I stand to the area down below is a 1000 foot drop hence the name of "Steep Mountain". As viewed by the thousands of cars that head south towards Utah Valley, the cliffy area on the left is part of Steep Mountain. 2-6-12
