Thanks a comment. This Sassolungo came into view when I arrived at a hotel of Ortisei on my first trip to Dolomites. So this image is deeply impressed on my mind.

Thanks a greeting. I have already dropped out of skiing, but stayed climing in winter season in Japan. So the avalanche in your site is interesting for me. This summer I will stay at Mayrhofen and Rosengarten for 2 weeks to enjoy hiking . During my stay at Rosengarten I will get a view of Sassolungo again.
