I use this for a conditioner and probably hike it several times a month early in the year. I love this little mountain and have found countless ways to find my way to summit other than the jeep road. Wear long sleeves and pants otherwise the brush can tear you up on some of the routes. Combine a hike over to Steep Mountain near Draper and you can get some decent conditioning in.
In the fall the colors can be fantastic and in winter it makes a nice snowshoe hike. It is practically in the backyard of folks in Lehi, Alpine and Draper.
