Southwest view from the summit of Twin Sisters (elev. 8,341 ft.) in New Mexico's Pinos Altos Range. The town of Pinos Altos is in the center and Silver City is in the distance to the left; there is a 1,000-vertical-foot different between the two communities. Pinos Altos Mountain (elev. 8,127 ft.) is the highest prominence to the right (with antenna towers) overlooking Pinos Altos. Photo taken 3/22/08.
