Windy day but fun
Cool windy day which made time on the summits short but worth the views.

Epic wind
The saddle was close enough! The wind was more than just gusting. It was consistently at hurricane force intensity. Views were cool, seeing clouds and snow blowing off Longs and often obscuring it entirely. We were definitely glad to have the trees for protection most of the way down.

Twin Sisters Peaks
Started at 4:30am and was a great hike. Didn't see anyone until I reached the summit. Tagged the east peak, then the west peak before descending. Lots of people on the descent. Probably passed 50+ people while bombing down the mountain. Great hike. Highly recommend.

The Three Sisters
My sister and her husband were in town so we decided on an easy yet new hike for all of us. We decided that we didn't want only the Twins but also the South Sister. Arrived at 7:30 a.m. on a Thursday. Few cars on the approach road. We encountered very small patches of snow near treeline that were easily circumvented. We summited the East Twin at 9:20, after which we scrambled over to the South Sister then returned to hit the West Sister. The West Sister was easily the busiest of the three summits. Beautiful day with clear views of the entire Front Range all the way down to Pikes.

Twin Sisters
After work, I climbed the Twin Sisters. There were some clouds around, but the weather was good. The views were really nice since there wasn't much smoke in the air.

Great hike
Fantastic hike for acclimatization. Great views as well
Climbed East and West Twin Sisters Peaks along with Twin Sisters Mountain via the Twin Sisters Trail. The trail got wiped out in parts by 2013 floods, you cross the slide then as the switchbacks on the south side come back to it you have to do some short bushwhacks to string the trail segments together. Not difficult to hike around, but it is an impressive testament to the force of Mother Nature.

Great Hike
First time on this trail. Great views and perfect weather. Some minor post-holing near the tree line, but nothing unmanageable. Navigation through the slide area is easy due to cairns. Will visit again soon.

Landslide
There is a huge landslide from the 2013 floods that wiped out many switchbacks. We crossed it a few times without problems.

Twin Sisters Peak
I don't know what (except perhaps mountain fever) had me thinking I could climb this set of peaks before an afternoon flight home out of Denver. But I made the peaks and the flight thank goodness. Great views into the park including of Longs Peak.
