?Is that a Northern Pike? If not it looks like the pike we have here in the US.

Hi!HEllo, sorry for being late to answer...
Anyway sciencists call it "Esox lucius".:)
We call it simply pike.:)
HEre in Hungary (and nearby, in Europe) it's one of the most ordinary freshwater fishes. It was a medium one, 2,5 kg-s.
I caught it from the river Danube, I used a small bream as a bait... (Yum! It was so delicious :D
