You and I ..."...are yesterday's answers;
The earth of the past come to flesh,
Eroded by Time's rivers ..
To the shapes we now possess.
They were, sent from the gates;
Ride the tides of fate,
ride the tides of FATE.
They were, sent from the gates ..
In the burning of our yearning,
For life to be .... TO BE..!"

Re: You and I ...Thank you Larry,
I never asked you about your profession. Do you have to do poetry in your work?

Re: You and I ...No, but thanks for asking!
I like to keep my poetry separated from my work.
To me, poetry is more valuable than money.
At least it's more valuable to my mind and
to my soul.
I could not live without it.
It's like a cherished friend, and is a part
of me as well.

Re: You and I ...good for you... it is like for me to get outside, if someone would take it away, I would loose my soul.

Re: You and I ...But, you must NOT let someone take it away!
It is your right, and you are protected by the
United States Constitution !!!
