Three Towers in the Dawn

The Grohmannspitze, the Fünffingerspitzen, and the Langkofel, when the morning sun shafted through a low cloud layer. Late October, 2006. 2002 - climbed Langkofel North Ridge 2006 - Grohmannspitze South Face 2008 - Fuenffingerspitzen full traverse from thumb to pinky Now, to traverse the whole group in one trip!

problem is that if i were to ski there i'd be too distracted by the view to ski, and would crash a lot:) at least that's what happens when i ski at baker...

Beautiful lighting

Absolutely! I just wish the power lines and other human-made structures weren't there. They take away the wilderness feel, and that's the only reason I voted 9/10. But it's some of the most beautiful lighting I've ever seen.

Thank'ee Charles, it was awesome to see. Now I've climbed all three of those peaks. The right thing to do now is go back and traverse them all. North Ridge of Langkofel, then spend the night at the hut, then Fuenffinger traverse, then normale route on the last tower. Hmm...I am thinking!
