This picture gives a pretty good view of the approach for the Southeast Ridge Route. The Mirror Lake Trailhead (3,750 ft) is located just beyond the timbered hump at right-center. The trail goes up to Cottonwood Lake (just left of center) then on to Mirror Lake (bottom right), the outlet of which is at far right. The Southeast Ridge begins at this outlet.
