This is St. Mary's highway (oops I mean
Glacier) on 5-10-98. You can see a large
group of people on the left. This snowfield is
heavily used by Denverites for practicing
crampon/ice axe/general mountaineering
techniques in preparation for big climbs. This
was the Colorado Mountain Club holding
