There is still lots of snow...

There is still lots of snow on the upper elevations of the mountain. My son shot this photo from silver lake on June 11. We drove around to the trailhead and looked up the mountain from aspen grove. My little guy is excited to hike the summit but I think we will have to wait for more of the snow to melt.

Beautiful pic

That is a knockout. Great colors and composition with the clouds. I have made it the Signature pic of June. A beauty.

Dean, I didnt want to put too many shots on the site, so I erased a few. I may post some new ones during my hikes this summer.
