as it made its way up Slide Canyon. In the spring this area would be dense with foliage making me feel that fall is most likely the best time to do this hike. 11-27-07

Thanks Larry for the thoughts. I am presently in Washington State, making the rounds of kids and grandkids. Tri-cities right now, Seattle and Portland coming up. You take care as well and have a great Christmas season.
