When I saw the name of the page, I knew who added it.

Any plans to ever head up to the towers around Dinosaur? Lots of big ones up there.

Thank you very much for the good vote & kind remarks Scott.

Have not had the chance to plan anything further in UT yet but pretty much all the towers look good :)

Actually, the park fee is $10 for 7-day pass. Those higher fees are for guided groups from what I understand.

Ahhhh I see the rpc Utah climbing season has begun! Nice page - even though it isn't done yet - and I can't wait to see the route pages. Nice job!

I've seen The Three Gossips many times while I was in Arches NP. They are one of the most interesting formations along with the Three Penguins.

Have you also climbed The Organ? That looks like it would be a good climb.

So, you've done Three Penguins, Three Gossips, Three-Fingered Jack. What is next? There is no K3 if that is what you are working up to, dude.

This one?

You haven't done 3FJ? How can that be?

Although at this point, it will not be of interest to you as a climbing objective, maybe just ticking it off. One 5th class bouldering move following by 25 feet of 5.2 climbing is not going to do much for you based on the things you are now climbing.

Ah well, keep the photos and pages coming, my friend. I need you to add Christian Brothers to your Smith body of work so I can sign some more summitlogs! ;- )

Hey Brian,

would love to get up 3fj some time though in more pleasant conditions (as in summer time) than you and Mark did :)

If I were to add the Christian Brothers (which btw is a cool formation I think), think I'd need to do something more "worthy" or long on it first....the Traverse or something other multi-pitch that tops out.......so far, only done single pitch stuff on it. Maybe someone will beat me to it (less work for me ;) - that would be good.

take care.

Hmm, thought you had already done the Traverse. Mark and I were talking about that last weekend. Looks pretty interesting.

Well get on it, Hoss! Baby needs a new summitlog!

Three hussies on a street corner told me there's this great new page by rpc on SP. Must be this page.

Have you ever thought about buying a second home or moving to southern Utah? You spend more time down there than Portland on the weekend, it seems. Edit: oh yeah, you did these three rock pedestals earlier this year.
