The summit ridge of Slab...
The summit ridge of Slab Butte is a rugged pile of on edge granite slabs that is very difficult to negotiate on most of the east side and top. Just west of the ridge crest, the rocks can be hopped and climbed to the summit without too much difficulty. October 2005
