Thanks! As far as I know that is just an unnamed sub summit on the Hurwal Divide.

It depends on many factors. This picture was taken on the 4th day of our journey, But we spent a day and a half stormed in. I suppose with good conditions and a more direct route choice (we went along the whole Chief Joseph Ridge) you could summit Hurwall in a day from the Hurricane Creek trail head.
