The final approach of the Rödelberg ...
The Rödelberg over Vorderweidenthal can be reached easily enough, with a good marked path (the local Palatinate Working Grup has done a very good job here, with a very picturesque and beautiful path, which will brings you, on the summital part of the mountain ... ). The Rödelberg is one of the most massive and biggest rocky formations, for the neary country ! Equally, is the Rödelberg, one of the most loved and appreciated climbing rocks in this region. But, unfortunately, you have to compose with a very strict rule of forbiddening and closure of the site, between begin february and end july (maximal) : the invoqued reason is, that the peregrine falcon is recoming and rebounding here, for having lots a breedings and nestings ! Very enerving, this ... But we can't do nothing to fight this : the forestian autority of Germany is too and too strong, against us ! What for a great pity ...
