The Chockstones Gully which...

The Chockstones Gully which leads directly to the summit block. (The pointy rock at top is the first chockstone.) The climber is on the class 3 portion. Beyond this, where the jumbled boulders start, it is class 4 with some awkward moves. Under the chockstones themselves, the climbing is class 4+ friction moves for about 15 feet before the gully opens up to a sandy slope. Photo taken Aug. 26, 2002.
