Location?Can you give me any specifics on this cave? I am wanting to plan a trip to the matterhorn with my boys and wanted to rappel down into this cave next summer.

Re: Location?As best I remember, this was at the base of Point 9775 which is a small summit on the ridge between Matthernorn and Sacajawea, on the eastern side of Point 9775. It was not hard to see or find. Not sure what there is to set up an anchor to rap from but I also did not look too hard. We did toss a rock down and it sounded quite deep. Good luck, would be interesting to hear what you find. Be careful!
