Nice hikes! Very nice you have friends that want to hike with you. None of my friends want to do these hikes. I have to hike alone every year. Boundary Peak is on my list as an acclimatization hike in 2015. I'll revisit you page to get as many details as I can. I hate wasting time figuring my way around in the morning of the hike.
Thanks, Diesel. Both Boundary and Whitney are awesome mountains, but incredibly different. Boundary is MUCH more remote. Enjoy. Say hi to the wild horse herd for me. Just don't get too close. They seemed pretty feisty!
