I was wondering the same thing... especially since the gear the other people rapped off was set under a MASSIVE horn they could have just slung instead, with the 22' cordellete they used to equalize each piece.
Thank goodness you only had a spranked ankle and not something more serious. I can't wait to hear more of your climbing adventures after the ankle heals!!! Keep us posted. Take care.
thanks for reading! the ankle is almost all healed up... in fact, I was able to do some scrambling today, but still not enough flex in the ankle to jam cracks. It seems to be healing well though!
