Good snow year!That's a lot of snow for July! I checked the records (good through June 1st each year) and the Colorado Basin snowpack was running 321% above average in 1995. I believe that's the second snowiest year on record. If you were doing any kind of "snow dances" that year, I politely request an encore. :)

Re: Good snow year!It was the biggest snow year in my memory. We encountered lots of deep snow on the Halo Ridge. That ice ax beside me in the photo literally saved my life at one point.
