Nice shot!Wow, that captures the majestic scenery of the Whoa Nellie area at its finest. This has to be the new signature photo for the page.

Re: bravo!!Great shot Misha!
BTW: someone suggested that I name the new pooch after a favorite place in the Sierra. Funny how the only name coming to mind is "Nellie." :-)

Great lighting!Perhaps the nicest billboardenglow I've seen on SP! This approach view always gives me summit fever. One of the few things I dislike about the place is that they actually built a road to the summit! I think that for places as special as 'Nelli,' the rewards ought to be reserved for those who got there using "fair means." Then again, maybe I'm just being elitist- everyone should be able to experience a WND experience!

So thats how you spell.........restaurant. I almost always put an extra r in there, kind of like saying, Warshington. This pic will always be high on my special ones as it clears it up. Mobil is also spelled correctly and that is also fortunate.
Actually, I like this pic. Great colors. I have stopped at this very spot but am too shy to claim a county highpoint, I'll save that for Carpenter Hill near Sacramento.
