Storm clouds building from Pyramid Peak

Looking south from Pyramid 12,840', above Little Lakes Valley. By the time i got off the peak looking back it was buried in thunderheads. Hurried back on the trail with the canyon walls reverberating all around and soaked of course! It was a crystal clear that morning when I got an early start because I knew what was coming. Enormous Mt Tom 13,652 left, Mt. Humphreys 13,986' back right and Spire Lake below. summer 2000
